Used for: Approximately 30,000 network-level ad-blocking rules, converted from Adblock Plus (ABP) filter syntax to Chrome Declarative Net Request (DNR) format at build time by PII Fortress's build.sh script.

Modification: Filter rules were machine-converted from ABP syntax to DNR JSON. No rule logic was altered.

EasyList is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License. The converted DNR rule files distributed with PII Fortress are likewise made available under CC BY-SA 3.0.

Used for: Consent Management Platform (CMP) rule definitions that describe how to detect and interact with cookie consent banners across 22+ platforms (OneTrust, Cookiebot, TrustArc, and others). Rules are bundled as JSON data at build time; no Consent-O-Matic JavaScript source is incorporated.

Consent-O-Matic is licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0. The MPL 2.0 is a file-level copyleft license; it applies to Consent-O-Matic's own source files and does not extend to PII Fortress's original code.
